How it Works
MedSCOUT Solutions is the law firms’ direct point of contact. We manage and facilitate the relationship with the surgical care medical providers, so you don’t have to.
Contact us when you have identified a client who presents with a medical need that may or may not require surgery.
Upon our initial consultation, and if approved, we will assist in scheduling your client’s new patient appointment with one of our board-certified doctors.
Beginning with the first appointment, our doctors will examine and then suggest the necessary treatment, including “non-surgical”, physical therapy, pain management, and rehabilitation or recommend surgery to repair any injuries related to the accident.
When your client’s treatment has concluded, MedSCOUT will coordinate with all the medical providers and provide the Law Firm with the complete set of medical records and bills, and both compliant billing and business record affidavits.

Our doctors will provide the causation upon the initial patient visit, the surgical cost estimate and are willing to defend the medical necessity of their treatment plan and the rationality of the billed charges by means of deposition and/or trial testimony.
